About

I became a therapist because I believe it allows me to contribute to a better world, one where people can live fulfilling lives and truly enjoy them. I find it deeply rewarding to see real changes take place in people’s lives and to witness their world gaining colour and meaning. We are all human, and life often challenges us. I have personally experienced negative, sometimes overwhelming, emotions and have come to realise how crucial it is to have the skills and resources to cope effectively, so that we don’t lose sight of living fully and in alignment with what truly matters.
