How do you know when and how to make a change in your life?
I discovered early on that even small moments of being truly seen and heard can give someone the courage to take meaningful action. That insight, combined with my belief in living according to one’s values, inspired me to become a therapist: to guide people toward choices that reflect who they truly are and help them build a life that is not only bearable but deeply fulfilling.
One of my supervisors once told me: “If you haven’t faced difficulties yourself, how can you truly understand what your client is going through?” I have felt the truth of that statement. During my own challenging periods, I experienced what it’s like to live behind a fog — feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and doubtful that change was possible. I learned that therapy is not a quick fix — a therapist is not a plumber who comes in and “repairs” life. Real change takes courage, persistence, and time. Yet, even without a diagnosis or a formal label, I sought help, and the process transformed my life.
That journey shaped my work. Today, I support individuals and groups facing stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, sleep difficulties, toxic relationship patterns, impulsivity, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
My philosophy is simple: therapy is for living fully. It is about building a life that is worth living, aligned with your values, and creating lasting, meaningful change. I aspire to offer every client a safe nest — a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. All it takes is the willingness to begin. If you are willing, together we can build the life you truly want to live. That's why I named my website: WillingNestClinic.

"Before meeting Alexandra, I had already worked with three different psychologists. While those experiences gave me some insights, nothing truly changed in my life. With Alexandra, it was completely different — the work we did together brought long-lasting changes that I can actually see and feel in my daily life. For the first time, I didn’t just understand my problems, I started to transform them."
"Working with Alexandra was a surprise for me. I wasn’t expecting to feel so present and engaged in every session, and I definitely didn’t expect her to be so fully there for me each time. She created a space where I felt both safe and challenged — safe enough to open up, and challenged enough to grow. Each session gave me something concrete I could take into my everyday life."
"Alexandra has a rare gift. She helped me see patterns I wasn’t even aware of, and she did it with so much kindness that I never felt judged. At the same time, she encouraged me to take small, practical steps that made a huge impact. I left every session feeling lighter, clearer, and more hopeful about myself and my future."
