You’ve done the thinking… but your body still feels stuck.
You understand your patterns.
You’ve reflected, analysed, maybe even tried therapy before.
And yet…
You still feel tension in your body, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that something isn’t fully shifting.
That’s where somatic therapy comes in.
Hi, I’m Samantha.
I support high-achieving individuals and expats who feel stuck in stress, burnout, trauma, or emotional patterns that talking alone hasn’t resolved.
Because healing doesn’t only happen in the mind.
It happens when your body feels safe enough to release what it has been holding.
How I Work
A body-based approach to real change
In our sessions, we don’t just talk about your experiences—we gently work with your nervous system.
This may include:
- Body awareness and tracking sensations
- Breathwork to regulate stress responses
- Processing emotions where they live: in the body
- Understanding and shifting survival patterns
This approach helps you move from:
- Overthinking → to feeling grounded
- Survival mode → to emotional safety
- Tension and shutdown → to clarity and flow

"Samantha has been a lifesaver for me - truly. She enabled me to get a much better understanding of myself and my own value - something which I thought I had lost, but through her guidance I not only found it again, but learned how to navigate through life in a much healthier and happier way. Right from the first few sessions I realised she knows exactly which questions to ask, whether to push further or to take back some of the throttle, and whether to let me ramble on or to take control of the conversation for a moment. I'm lucky to have found someone like her and cannot recommend her enough!"
"I truly believe things happen for a reason. Professional and personal circumstances made me consider therapy so I signed up with Anti-loneliness. This is one of the best decisions I made for myself. It's only been a few months but I can already feel the impact of our sessions. Samantha is a great listener, although she comes prepared with a plan, she's also able to switch gears to focus on what needs healing based on what I share during each session. We are working towards certain goals but she's also attentive to what is needed in the moment and I love that her approach also includes monitoring sensations in my body. She is kind, supportive and can provide comic relief by cracking a few jokes here and there. Therapy with her doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I appreciate how she breaks down my behaviors/reactions and connects them to past experiences, by doing that she helps me understand myself better. I trust that she is giving me the tools to break free from the negative thoughts, find my voice and take control of my life. I know that she'd encourage me to see my progress as a result of the efforts I'm putting in, which I do, but I can't help but be grateful for the help and guidance she's providing. I am not alone. There is a world of possibilities."
"I am so incredibly happy with my therapy sessions with Samantha. She has truly been a lifesaver to me. She listens deeply, puts herself in my shoes, and creates a safe space where I feel truly understood. Through breathwork, I’ve learned to connect with myself on a deeper level, feeling more grounded and present. She has also helped me recognize how my emotions physically show up in my body, where I hold anger, frustration, or sadness. Instead of resisting these feelings, I now acknowledge them and accept that every tear is okay. What I appreciate most is Samantha’s support during these sessions. When I have a session with her, I feel very excited that I will be talking with her. Knowing she is always there for me has helped me grow emotionally, embrace my feelings, and be kinder to myself."
