I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface, to the quiet questions behind people’s words and to the place where pain lives but is rarely seen.
What continues to move me as a therapist is the resilience and creativity of human beings.
Even in difficult conditions, people find ways to survive. And with the right support, even painful experiences can begin to soften and integrate.
My approach is experiential and relational, rooted in Gestalt therapy and other experiential traditions, with an integrative lens that incorporates elements of other approaches (CBT, schema therapy) when helpful.
I was drawn to experiential work for its focus on awareness, presence, attunement, and embodiment, values that shape my work with clients more than techniques or methods.
While I integrate different tools depending on each person’s needs, the heart of my work is about staying present with what emerges in the moment and supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner experience in a way that feels grounded and meaningful.
At the core of my approach is the belief that people are not meant to carry their pain alone. When someone is struggling, what they often need most is a present, attuned, and embodied other, someone who can offer containment and gentle guidance
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, relational difficulties, early relational trauma and major life transitions, including expat challenges.
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, struggle with a strong self-critical inner voice, have difficulty expressing their needs, or tend to suppress or disconnect from their own emotional experience.
Together, we build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and support more authentic, grounded, and connected ways of relating.
