I’ve always been deeply curious about people. What shapes us, how we cope, and how we grow through life’s challenges. That curiosity, paired with a genuine desire to help others navigate difficult times, led me to become a therapist. Over the years, I’ve found immense meaning in supporting people as they move from self-doubt and anxiety toward confidence, connection, and a greater sense of safety within themselves and their lives.
My work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety in its many forms, from social anxiety and overthinking to burnout, panic, and phobias. I’m an integrative therapist, grounded in CBT but drawing from approaches such as schema therapy, ACT, mindfulness, and body-based work. This allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs goals and experiences.
At the heart of my approach is compassion and collaboration. I believe that therapy is most effective when clients feel truly seen, safe, and supported to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and to begin the process of meaningful change. My aim is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and develop tools to move through life with more ease and self-trust.
I take an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), drawing on techniques from Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and body-based work. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I tailor each session to meet your individual needs and goals.

"I’ve worked with my therapist for two years, and the change in my life was amazing. I came in struggling with social anxiety and self-doubt, and I’m leaving with a deep sense of connection, self-acceptance, and clarity about my needs and boundaries. She creates such a comfortable space and always meets me where I’m at. Working with her has given me hope and helped me become truly comfortable with who I am." -N.M.
