I became a family therapist because families can face many challenges, and I want to help them feel understood and supported. Growing up, I learned how important communication and connection are, and this inspired me to help others build stronger, healthier relationships.
I am a psychotherapist trained in Systemic Family Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based CBT (MiCBT) and EMDR. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, and feel more stable and supported in daily life.
I am naturally curious and truly interested in the “world” each person lives in - their relationships, their past, and their inner thoughts and feelings. I use well-tested therapeutic methods, but I work in a warm and cooperative way.
My approach is simple, clear, and supportive. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships are connected. We look at past experiences that shaped you and how they still influence your life today.
I believe everyone has their own unique story, and there is no single way to be “normal.” Therapy is a safe place to understand old patterns, heal emotional pain, and learn healthier ways to cope. My goal is to help you feel more connected, more confident, and calmer within yourself and with the people around you.

"I’ve only had a few sessions so far (around three or four), but I already feel that they’ve helped me a lot. I’m starting to feel better about myself and my feelings. Things that used to confuse me feel clearer, and I’m beginning to see changes in the way I think and view situations. I don’t know yet how things will go in the long term, but so far, the sessions have made a real difference, and I’m grateful for the guidance and support."
"I had 8 sessions with Ms Evgenia over Zoom. Even though we are from different time zones, she accommodated my time zone so that I could have a session at my convenience while she has to attend the session at 6am. That says a lot about her. I am a working professional in the healthcare industry. Though I did not have a serious problem, Ms Evgenia helped me focus on areas I would like to seek improvement. She helped me navigate my emotional issues and never once was she judgemental. I was also slow in gaining consistency in my breathing exercise, yet she was encouraging and patient. I was still unable to meditate at the end of the sessions. But two months later, I am proud to say that I am able to meditate consistently and achieved my initial goal. That is because she was a good teacher, a great listener and an amazing counsellor who was super compassionate. Thank you, Ms Evgenia!"
