You may look like you’re managing on the outside, but inside something feels unsettled.
Perhaps your past still shows up in your present, in your relationships, your anxiety, or the way you relate to yourself.
Or maybe life has changed in ways you didn’t expect, a breakup, a move to a new country, a loss of identity, and you’re trying to find your footing again.
I specialise in working with adults who are navigating trauma and major life transitions.
In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s happening on the surface. We will gently explore the patterns that have developed over time, patterns that once helped you cope, but may now be keeping you stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
Therapy with me is a space where you can:
- Make sense of your experiences without judgment
- Understand how your past has shaped your present
- Reconnect with your sense of self and direction
- Build emotional resilience and healthier ways of coping
- Feel safer in your relationships, including the one with yourself
My aim is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, so that change becomes possible in a way that feels grounded and lasting.
As part of my clinical training, I have also been in personal therapy, which has given me a deeper understanding of what it means to sit on both sides of the process. This continues to inform the way I work: with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
I work from an integrative and existential perspective, adapting therapy to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
This means we may explore:
- How your past experiences (including trauma) continue to impact your present
- The emotional and relational patterns that shape your life
- Questions of identity, meaning, and direction, especially during life transitions
- Practical ways to regulate emotions and feel more grounded
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and paced according to your needs.
We work together to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, but also supported enough to move forward.
